Hot cold packs/Cooling Pad (Factory with MSDS&ISO13485)
HOT USE
1) Place the pad into microwave oven (600W) for about 15-30 seconds (different heating time may be required for ovens of different wattage);
2) Repeat Step 1 when you feel that the pad has cooled and needs warming up.
Attention:monitor the pack when heating. If you observe the pack swelling, turn off the microwave immediately and wait for the swelling to subside, then to use the pack.
COLD USE
1) Place the pad in the freezer for 1-2 hours prior to using;
2) Repeat Step 1 when you feel that the pad is no longer sufficiently cold.
