350L asphalt crack filler machine road repair sealant melter

The 350L asphalt crack filler machine road repair sealant melter is designed to seal cracks or joints in asphalt or concrete pavement, ensuring pavement performance and extending road life. ECSM-TE350  asphalt crack filler machine is oil jacketed, diesel and gasoline driven. Its heat transfer system consists of a heat transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber. The heat transfer oil is heated by the burner through the combustion chamber to provide indirect heating for the sealant. The sealant heated to the working temperature is transported to the sealing rod through the electric heating hose, and poured into the crack or joint through the switch of the remote control material pump to adjust the glue output.

1.    Oil interlayer kettle

350 liter capacity, 45 minutes heating time, indirect heating, no glue burning. The electric stirrer ensures uniform mixing, increases heating speed, and is easy to operate and maintain. 

 2.    Uniform heating system

45 degree down combustion chamber and oil jacketed oil tank, high heating efficiency, no coking sealant required. Riello diesel burner has stable performance, high thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption.

3.    Electric heating hose
The ultra-flexibility of the hose gives it a working coverage of 270 degrees.

 4.    Wand of Sealing

Fingertip control of sealant pumping on the seal wand. Replaceable sealing heads, different sealing heads are suitable for different cracks to ensure the ideal sealing effect.
