When working, the position of a pair of embossing rolls is very strict and must be very accurate in order to produce qualified foil paper. For this reason, the three groups of corresponding convex and concave teeth on the embossing roll must take the same straight line as the starting point. After the teeth are evenly distributed along the circumference, the line must also be used as the end point and the head and tail coincide.
