More Information About The Filament:

ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene):
The recommended printing temperature is 230℃ ~ 260℃, and the recommended floor temperature is above 80℃.
Advantages: smooth printing, not easy to block the printer nozzle, good gloss of finished products, easy to color and electroplate, good toughness, high strength, impact resistance, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance are superior, suitable for printing handles, mobile phone frames for vehicles, toys, shells, etc.
Disadvantages: strong shrinkage in case of cold, easy edge warping during printing, causing local peeling of the heating plate, especially when the printing object is high in height.  In addition, pungent smell will be produced when printing.  It is suggested to use a closed printer, which can keep the printing process warm, not only reduce shrinkage deformation, but also prevent pungent smell from leaking out.
