1. Does your company support OEM and ODM?


Yes, we do support OEM and ODM. Just let us know what you want.


 


2. What is the MOQ for each style?


For custom items, 50 pcs. And for stock items, 1 pc.


 


3. Can mix different colors for one style?


Sure! but MOQ is 50 pcs for each color.


 


4. Can a lower price will be provided if large quantities?


Yes, cheaper prices for more bigger orders.


 


5. Are all Samples free?


Stock samples can be free. But you need to cover for the freight cost.


Custom samples, a fee will usually be charged.


 


6. How long is the sample lead time?


For stock items, we only need 1 - 2 days to ship them out.


If your sample requires customization, it might take 5 - 7 days.


 


7. How long is the production lead time?


Generally speaking, we need 20 - 25 days if qty less 1000pcs. Of course, we will try our best to meet your delivery.


 


8. How does your quality control system work?

9. What are your payment terms?
L/C, PayPal and T/T are accepted. 30 % of the total order volume must be paid when the order is confirmed. 70 % must be paid before the item will be shipped. Please feel free to discuss such matters with our staff.


 


10. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?


We are a manufacturer with our own factory. We also pass certain tasks to trustworthy and reliable suppliers in order to acquire the best possible materials and provide the best possible quality and services to our customers.


 


11. Can I visit JMS Crafts and can you arrange transportation for me?
Of course, it is a great honor for us to welcome you at our company. Our factory is located in Shenzhen. It takes around one hour from the airport in Shenzhen. We can gladly pick you up from the airport, railway station or hotel when you have arrived in Shenzhen.
