1) Sample lead time ?

   7 days after sample payment received.

2) Sample payment refundable?

   Yes, sample payment will be refunded as soon as order confirmed.  

3) Do you support OEM/ODM order?

   Welcome OEM/ODM order, we’re experienced in customization.

4) What’s your MOQ?

   1,000pcs for OEM order, 500pcs for our brand-Chulux. Small trial order is    welcomed.

5) What’s the standard package for the product?

   Sample is poly bag with inner cardboard and white box. Customized gift box    for OEM order.

6) How about the delivery time?

   Usually 45days after deposit received and order related details confirmed.

7) Do you provide free spare parts?

   Yes, we provide 1% free spare parts: drip tray cover, drip tray, upper needle, seal gasket, filter, basket, gift box. 

8) What about payment terms ?

   30% deposit and balance before shipment or LC at sight
