Small-sized Stirrup Bending Machine

        The mini rebar stirrup bender machine is mainly composed of four parts: transmission mechanism, frame, bending and bending fixture and electrical control. During operation, the motor drives the gear through the V-belt and the pulley, and then the gear rotates the working disc.   

 

1. Service life is prolonged with high-strength gears and high-frequency heat treatment of spline shaft.

2. Spindle bearing is sealed by double-layer seals (bearing seal, upper shaft seat seal) to prevent iron oxide entering the bearing during work.

3. High-frequency heat treatment is adopted in spindle to enhance toughness.

4. Sturdy skid type baffle plate to reduce bending load of the motor effectively.

5. Semi-circular tooth is adopted for the main shaft gear to ensure that there is no winding phenomenon during bending process.
