Overview
Lined Type Magnetic Level Indicator uses unique lining technical design, makes lining junction of the buoy and the process connect flange achieve to the best-match condition, effectively avoids corrosion damage made by accidental medium leakage, which is usually caused by extrusion fracture when assembling. Also, it has introduced innovative production and test processes to improve its reliability and quality.
WSFP is mainly used to measure strong corrosive liquid, and, is widely applied to chemical industry, oil refining, storage and transportation, water treatment and other industries.
Features
(1) The lining junction between floating tube and process connection flange uses unique lining technology effectively avoids corrosion damage made by accidental medium leakage, which is caused by extrusion fracture when assembling.
(2) Indicator panel and magnetic flaps uses widened design make visual distance and viewing angle increase greatly, the ruler and its figures are bolder and clearer.
(3) Level of Ingress Protection of IP65 and IP66/67 are available, exceeding national standard requirement of IP54;
(4) A variety of patented lining technique is used and F4/F46 lining buoy is provided, suitable for wider range of corrosive measurement.
(5) Accessory magnetic switches and remote transmitters have got double certifications of Explosion Proof and Intrinsically Safety.
