This MIC machine 100L vacuum emulsifying homogenizer and mixer for cosmetic is widely used in Food, Chemical, Medical, Cosmetics, Agrochemical industry and also it is applicable for filling liquid, especially for high viscosity material and foamy liquid, such as: Cream, Sauce, Wax, Hair dye, Jelly, Hair remover, Ketchup, Honey, Cheese, Shampoo, Facial lotion, Lubricant oil, Ink, dairy. etc.It is the most suitable equipment to produce high-grade skin care creams and other products.

Main Features
1) Heating system: steam heating device attaching at the bottom. Heating with temperature display, easy to control.
2) Electric lifting: (voltage 220V, power 120W) Lifting is easy to operate, so the material can be effectively emulsified in a closed condition.
3) Control System: The control system is equipped with digital time relay device, so it can adjust time and speed of homogenizer based on different material. All control buttons are concentrated together, clear at a glance.
4) Homogenizing system: (voltage 380V, power 15KW, 2800r/min)
5) Mixing system: (voltage 380V, power 5.5KW, 10-120 r / min) Monitoring with transparent filter, scraping the interlayer when mixing, frequency control.
