Product Description
Single Girder Overhead Crane
Single girder top running cranes utilized for medium to heavy fabrication. These overhead cranes are ideally suited to low buildings, where a high hook lift height is required.
The top running configuration is best used in cases where the end user has issues with headroom. The most space efficient configuration is the double girder, top running crane system.
Electric single girder overhead crane is composed of girder weld by steel plate andI-beam ,end girder, electric hoist and travelling mechanism. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the I-beam of the girder to accomplish article hoisting. It features light structure and easy installation and maintenance.
LD type single girder overhead crane
This is the most popular type for single girder overhead crane.
LDC type overhead crane
This type is suitable for where the low head room space but high requirement on work height.
LDP type overhead crane
This type is suitable for the unchangeble workshop height but high requirement on work height.
LX type overhead crane
This type is suitable for where the up space limited for crane installation.
Light type overhead crane
This type suitable for light duty operation, manual and electric as option.

Main Beam
1. We adopt the Q235 or Q345 steel plate, but if the load is large, we will choose plate with higher steel strength.
2. Single beam main beam U groove without butt weld can eliminate the welding seam of the main beam.
3. Reinforcing plate and bar improve the strength, rigidity & comprehensive carrying capacity of beam
4. Shot-blasting make the steel's surface rough, eliminate steel material' s surface oxide skin,and increase products use life and paint coating quality.
End Carriages
The device feature simple structure, small size, large starting torque, frequent starting, running speed,low noise, use of safe, reliable, easy to install and maintain, elegant and so on.
Electric Hoist
It is small lifting equipment ,featuring small volume, light dead weight, easy operation and convenient use.
It is used for such place as industrial and mining establishment and warehouses and wharfs. It has two main model: CD Model and MD Model.
Electric System
Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation,fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

Lifting and traveling motor: Nanjin Factory (China top brand)
Metarial of cover and shell: HT200. (High vibration resistance)
Shell of reducer is thicker 2cm than market standart.
Hoist adopt the automatic stoving varnish (enhance film adhesive).
Reducer shall be experienced the Tightness test.
Hoist shall be performed the Dynamic and static, up and down Test, before delivery.
