Doll making process

 

 1. First, making doll molds (30-40 days). The essencial of making dolls. 

    Sculpturing vinyl head(10-20 days  to  finish), making a wax mold(10-14 days to finish),

    copying copper mold until vinyl samples come out (10-14  days   

    to finish). We will revised the doll molds as your  comments until you are satisfied. 

 

2. Second, designing accessories(10-15days).( Simultaneously with the first step.)

   You can design packing box, outfit, hair and other accessories as well as making molds. Of course, 

   all the a ccessories are comfirmed by you.

 

3. Third, send you a doll samples (3-5 days). Your unique doll come on the scene .

    Assembling a whole doll.   

    Then send you a complete doll for you review in person via international express. 

 

4. Four, mass production(20-30 days). You doll business booming.

    After you confirm the complete doll sample,we send you and place order, we will do mass production 

    as same as the complete doll sample.
