 Q1. Is your company a factory or a trading company? 

A: Conrayn is a professional housing manufacturer integrating research & design, production, assembly services and sales team.  

We are located in Shanghai Jinshan district, and started for exporting business since 2013. We do both domestic market and internal market, our product have exported to many countries, and 50% is for Europe.

Q2. Does this kind of house can only be used in residential building?

A: No, it can be used in various buildings, such as hotel, commercial office, plaza, entertainment club, light industrial workshop, holiday maison and so on.

 Q3. How to install after the goods arriving destination?

A: Actually most of house was fully built, all it’s equipped and finished, so there is no need installtion and assembly. For the big size, we will provide detailed illustrations to you, if necessary, we will send technicians to assist you, or we can send construction team to your side. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by clients.

 Q4. Do you offer warranty for your products?

A: We will provide 50 years warranty for the light structures and free replacement for other materials in the first year.

Q5. What is the delivery time? 

 A:  50% deposit, 50% before delivery 

Q6. How can you make sure the quality? 
We have a number of certificates, utility models and patents obtained in America and China. Based on your request, we also accept tests run by a third party to clear your doubt on our product quality. 

Q7. Can you make the design for us?
Sure, we can offer architectural design, structural design, interior decoration design, and equipment &Pipeline design. You are welcome to talk with us for any design as you require.

A: Don’t have design drawing --describe your requirement - we design for you - same as  -- choose the decoration materials-- get quotation -- sign contract -- deposit -- arrange production - - shipping by sea -
