1. What is your warranty period?
Our warranty period is 1 year or 1000 running hous, whichever comes first(Excep the damageable spare parts of genset caused by incorrect man-made operation).
2. Does your generator have global warranty?
Yes. Gensets powered by global brand engine which with the global warranty service. And the alterntors Stamford, Leroy somer, Meccalte, Marathon also have the global warranty service.
3. What is your payment terms?
T/T 30% advance payment, the balance 70% shall be paid before shipment.
L/C Irrevocable L/C at sight.
4. What is your delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 20 to 30 days. If you have urgent demand, the delivery will be shorter depending on the requirements. If you have special requirements, the delivery will be longer.
5. Can the generators be customized?
