Q: Are you a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a professional floating products manufacturer. We have produced floating system products since the year 1988.

Q: What is your delivery time?

A:  In general, we could deliver the goods in 5-7 days if there is enough stock. Shipment usually takes 10 days or more if there is insufficient stock. The delivery time depends on the quantity of your order.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or take extra charge?

A: Yes, we could provide a sample for free but the cost of shipping sample is not included.

Q: What are your terms of delivery?

A: FOB is the most commonly used shipping method, but CNF and CIF are available options we can offer, which all depend on your requirements.

Q: How about the quality?

A: 1) We have obtained CE, SGS, TUV certificate.

2) There is a strict quality control system throughout the production, packages, and shipment.

3) The floating pontoon is made of high-quality imported HDPE and is resistant to high temperature and cold, UV rays, frost, seawater, and corrosion.

Q: What is your warranty? 

A: 12 months warranty according to the national regulations. We provide product replacement service for customers within 12 months.
