A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q2: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes. but MOQ will be required.

Q3: How long can I expect to get the samples?

A: After the payment, the sample will be ready for delivery in 7-10 days.

Q4: What about the lead time of mass production?

A: Honestly. It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 40 days.

Q5:Do you have inspection procedure before shipping?

Yes, we do. 100% QC inspection before shipment.

Q6: How about the FOC spare parts, can be offered with order?

A: We offer easily broken parts about 1% of order quantity. Main component like PCB,MOTOR offer 0.5%

A:T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% against copy of B/L

L/C: An irrevocable L/C at sight
