FLBC50B series screw packing machine is a new product developed by our factory in order to meet the needs of the market. The characteristic of this machine is to change the traditional impeller into screw filling, so as to solve the problem of high impeller shooting speed, which makes the packing bag not measuring unstable due to air resistance. Screw filling can continue to balance, fast, no air resistance, measurement stability and other phenomena, and high output, so new products to enter the market will be welcomed by the majority of manufacturers. Its main features:
1.1 a wide range of applications. The fluidity of packaging materials can be good or bad. For example, titanium dioxide, starch, gypsum powder, all kinds of dry mortar, unshaped refractory materials and other materials can be used to achieve automatic quantitative packaging screw machine.
1.2 microcomputer control, powerful and easy to operate.
1.3 high measurement accuracy. Fast feeding and fine feeding of materials are controlled by adjusting cylinder. Automatic quantitative packaging of materials is completed through the control of discharge nozzle, microcomputer and touch screen.
1.4 automatic bag unloading. As long as the operator covers the empty bags with the discharge nozzle (also called nozzle) of the packaging machine, the packaging machine will automatically feed and fill the materials to reach the set quantitative value, and the packaging machine will automatically push and unload the bags.
