Roller bender device with fast speed can bend letters of most size in smooth bending curve.

Retractable alternate clinch bending device works excellently at very mini-size letters.

Roller bender device and retractable alternate bending device are exchangeable according to the project to get efficiency and precision at the same time.

5, Japan SMC brand air cylinder is equipped for retractable alternate clinch bending.

6, Max cutting height 160mm

7, Work with air compressor.

8, Automatic feeding device with length-tracking feedback system, to ensure actual feeding accuracy to ±0.1mm.

Auto punching at any point where need screw installation.

The holes for screw installation can be punched at any point where is necessary. So it is available that letter backboard can be installed by screws easily with efficiency after letter face and letter return fixed.
