A: Normally, Each style of plant have 2-5 specifications. And different specification, different price. Please contact us for more details.

Q: What’s the package information?

A: our standard package is each lot with 4pcs tree. And the package specification will be subject to the height of artificial plant.

Q: Does each plant come with the pot already?

A: The plant can be with pot or not, it depends on your request. If without the pot, the package volume will be smaller and it can save the shipping cost.      

Q: Do you provide the customized service?

A: Yes, we supply OEM and ODM service. You could provide the pictures or sample products, and then we will do our best to meet your requirement.

Q: Do you have stocks? If not, how long will it take for production?

A: Normally, we have stocks of the regular products, and it can be sent out within 5 working days. If not, we will need 7-10 working days for the production. The specific lead time base on your order quantity.

Q: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the sample fee and the courier cost will be on your charge. And the sample fee can be refundable after you placed the formal order, but amount need to meet our requirements.
