Product Description
LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) is an abbreviation for linear variable differential transformer. As show in below picture, It consists of a primary coil, two secondary coils, and a core. The electromagnetic coupling between the primary coil and the secondary coil causes a linear relationship between the amount of change in the position of the core and the output voltage of the secondary coils. This principle is widely used to measure various physical quantities that are previously converted into linear displacements, such as tensile, expansion, diameter, taper, thickness, eccentricity, differential pressure, liquid level, force, weight, etc., with feature of no sliding contact, low power consumption, high resolution, long service life, and can be used under harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity and dust.
The GD19 series adopts the advanced production technology of similar foreign products, and the amplification signal circuit is built in the traditional LVDT. This integrated pre-calibration product makes the installation and use easier and convenient, and the output DC standard signal is more suitable to general digital display, PLC, computer data acquisition system interface.
