4.Q:Do you still have lots of complains of after-sales?
Genstar: With our experience, it is better for you to have a hardware engineer, Once there is prob-
lem,you could check at your side ,which could avoid causing other trouble ,even irreversible
damage. Also you could return to us ,in order to save the shipping cost ,you'd better collection 3pcs
of damaged ones,then send back to us together. Sender pays the returning shipping cost, and we
handle the cost for reshipping.
5.Q:Are you buying for personal use, retail or wholesale?
