15 bbl 1800L 18HL Stainless Steel Glycol Jacketed Conical Fermenter with Top Manway

15 bbl 1800L 18HL Fermenter is specially designed for micro brewery and brewpub. It can be used to brew all kinds of beer, such as lager, ale, pilsen, stout and wheat beer etc. Usually, 15 baarel Fermenter is matched with 7 barrel brewhouse or 15 barrel brewhouse.

15 barrel fermenter is fitted with temperature sensor, glycol jacket and temperature controller, which can achieve full-automatic cooling. In addition, the bottom is designed to 60°cone for convenient yeast recycling, cleaning and discharging. 

For the manway, it can be placed on side wall or dished top. In some European countries, brewers prefer to have manway on top since they would like to have side wall as smooth as possible in oder to avoid dead corner.

*Made of Stainless steel 304, TIG welding by automatic welding machine;
*Inner finish is pickled and passivated to 0.2-0.4 μm without dead corner;
*Triangle-Arranged holes on glycol jacket for higher cooling efficiency; 
* Horizontal Rotating Racking arm reduces dead corner in tank and O seals avoids beer leaking during rotating racking arm.
*EPDM gasket for manway, tri clamp, butterfly valve etc.
*Dry hopping port with blind cap on top for easy hop pitching (5L and 10L hop doser is optional).
