Operation Instructions

1. When install the mould onto the machine, please soak it into the food oil or water, and then install it.

2.After turning on the twisting machine, pls check whether is it correct of turns direction, listen whether there is abnormal sounds in machine.

3.Brush the cutting knife with cooking oil to avoid sticking the knife. When cutting, the head of fried dough twist is pressed flattened. When frying, the it will not break.

4.At the beginning, raw material feeding need to be slowly, when the final dough twist looks surface smooth, then can feed the raw material quickly.

5.After stop the machine, plug the outlet and the inlet with oil cloth or plastic cloth, in case teh dry dough block the inlet or outlet when next operation.

6. If the machine do not use for a long time, please clean the dough in the machine, and grease oil onto the machine. The mold need to be soak in oil until next time operation.
