Basic process
1.a given quantity of plastic material,powder or liquid,islaid in one half of the mould
2.the mould is closed
3.the mould is rotated in the oven revolving on two axes.
4.plastic material melts,forming a coating layer on the mould internal surface.
5.the mould is removed from the oven and cooled off.
6.the mould is opened and the hollow item is extracted

1.This equipment is a tower-type 3-arm 4-position rotary moulding machine. It uses the principle of thermoplastic rotary moulding to roll moulding hollow plastic products. It consists of a revolving center tower, a revolving arm, an automatic control system, a moving heating room and a cooling room.
2.There are three working arms, each arm has four working positions, each arm is 90 degrees each other, each group of arms and carts can be operated independently without affecting the work of other arms.
