Q1. May I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, welcome your sample order to test our quality. Mixed samples order is also acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days in general by DHL, normal order mass production needs 20 days, big quantity order negotiate to decide as the quantity..

Q3. Do you have MOQ for led light order?
A: Our MOQ is low, 1pc for sample checking is accept.

Q4. How about your packing?
A: We make LED street light sleep in the middle of the polyfoam mould like in bed, then use very strong carton to pack it to guarantee very good condition during the transportation. And also we use color box & carton for some small LED flood light. We use carton and wooden case for LED solar & heavy light.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us your logo or design before our production, we can print your logo as you required.

Q6: Do you accept OEM?
A: Yes we accept.

Q7: How about your quality guarantee?
A: In general we guarantee 3-5-7 years according to different product.

Q8: How to solve the question for the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, for defective product, we shall compensate you free of charge and put new LED light in your next order shipment container.
