Ultrasonic wood grain film welding machine

--- PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ---

Ultrosonic welding machine is specially designed for welding transfer film before transfer printing process.

It automatically wrap metal profiles with a plastic film.

The ultrasound system welds the wrapped film on its longitudinal edges. The plastic film rolls are inserted on a motorized self-centering shaft equipped with a braking system. The film replacement is made in a few seconds and the rolls can have variable sizes: from from 16cm to 70cm inches. In such a way, it is possible to reduce the material wastage when different profile dimensions are used. At the end, the film is automatically cut by a blade in the cutting station located at the beginning of the outlet belt. Upon request, the wood grain powder coating machine can be equipped with a loading and/or unloading conveyor belt, to facilitate moving profiles inside and/or outside the bagging machine.
