1.Performance features :
It is comprised of plate A and B. Plate A is of straight corrugation and plate B is of horizontal v-shaped
corrugation. Plates A and B are arranged in the same way and form an asymmetric flow path with a wide-
narrow flow path ratio of 1.88.The medium to be condenser flow inside the wide flow path and the cooling
medium flows in the narrow flow path,which produces low resistance and forms large plate type
condenser. With high heat transfer sufficiency,broad application,compact structure,easy operation,and
easy cleaning,disassembly and inspection,it may be used for heating,colling,condensing,and waste heat
recovery purposes.
It is mainly applied in chemical,petrochemical,light machinery and
food,pharmaceutical,machinery,heat supply,ship building,metallurgical,mine,and power
industry.
2.Application
Dairy products : Whole milk and skim milk powder, condensed milk,whey and whey derivatives, buttermilk protein,lactose emulsion, lactic acid, and caustic soda and caustic potash solution
Protein : Soy bean milk, nutritional yeast and fodder yeast and whole egg
Juice : Orange juice and other citrus juice, apple juice red berry juice, and other fruit juice
Vegetable Juice : Beet root juice, tomato juice, and carrot juice
Beer : Dealcoholized beer and malt wort
