Oxygen Lance pipe
Oxygen Lance pipe is a hollow electric resistance welded (ERW) tube manufactured from mild steel. It is available in various sizes and end finishes and is used in the steel making process.
The Lance tube is also employed in the smelting industry, specifically in the mining. This is during the production of ferroalloys, copper, zinc and other ferrous and non ferrous metals industries. The tube is use to burn open large, bottom pouring smelting furnaces such as blast furnaces, basic oxygen furnaces as well as electric and induction furnaces. It is the most cost effective method available for tapping heats.
Besides, oxygen lance tube is also used to remove carbon during the smelting process of various metals. The process involves injecting oxygen into the molten metal causing the impurities to be oxidized. This results in slag that floats to the top of the melt which can then be more easily removed.

In 2011, JIANGSU XINGRUI PIPING CO.,LTD was formed to provide OXYGEN LANCE and THERMIC LANCE to the commercial steel-making and foundry casting industry. We provided the base of industry blow oxygen or inject carbon into electric arc furnace solutions and skilled experience of exothermic cutting methods.
Today, the company operates within a 24,000 square foot multiplex in China,this location offers a large inventory storage capability and four workshops for complex on-site fabrication capable of designing and producing standard or customized oxygen lancing pipe & thermic lances.

rigorous quality controls before dispatch.

The steel pipe will be produced since we getting your deposit by T/T or Your original L/C. For normal size, some stocks in our factory now, we can supply timely once you need. 4)What kind of payment does your company support? T/T, 100% L/C at sight, Cash, Western Union are all accepted.
5) Do you charge for the samples?
According to our company principle, we just charge for samples, you pay for the freight charge.
6) Our main market?
Middle East, South America, South Asia, Africa, Southeast Asia, Northern Europe, Western Europe etc.
