Tubing Couplings
We carry size range of 2-3/8”, 2-7/8″, 3-1/2″,4″ and 4-1/2″ in J55, K55, N80, P110 grade. All of our couplings meet the API Specifications 5CT/5B.
Couplings are short lengths of pipe used to connect 2 joints of tubing or casing. They come with painted colour codes on their external surface to indicate their grades.
API EUE Tubing Couplings
Designed in accordance with API 5CT/5B and are made of good seamless steel. EUE petroleum tubing coupling cover the outer diameter from 77.80mm to 141.30mm, that is bigger than the outer diameter of the non upset threaded end product. The API external-upset-end (EUE) tubing connection is widely used because it is a good, serviceable connection in most wells. The EUE joint has a designed joint strength in tension and pressure strength greater than that of the pipe body and, therefore, is considered a 100% joint efficient connection.
API NUE Tubing Couplings
Designed in accordance with API 5CT/5B and are made of good seamless steel. NUE tubing coupling possesses the outer diameter range from 73.02 to 132.08mm. API nonupset (NUE) tubing is used much less than EUE tubing. The cost of NUE is only slightly less than EUE, and the joint strength is substantially less. The coupling joint diameter of NUE is less than EUE, which offers some advantages when clearance is small.

A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T and Western Union are the most usual ways we are using.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4)How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
5)How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
