1. Pollution-free: Material collides with each other through high-speed airflow to avoid secondary pollution in processing;

2. Low temperature: material temperature in crushing chamber is less than 10 C.

3. High kinetic energy of crushing: The supersonic airflow velocity produced by the equipment is over Mach 3, which makes the material obtain great kinetic energy. When the material collides, it will be able to produce high kinetic energy.

Converted into impact force, the fineness of the crushed powder can reach 0.5 micron.

4. Low-speed grading: Unique designed grading flow field and vertical grading wheel with variable frequency speed regulation can classify the product size at low speed (less than 3000 rpm, greatly prolonging the service life of grading machine), which not only strictly restricts the "big particles" but also avoids over-comminution. Therefore, the product size distribution is narrow and uniform.

5. Negative pressure operation: no leakage, no environmental pollution and low noise occur during the crushing process.
