Product Description
Automatic folder gluer machine consists of feeding unit, gluing &folding unit and counting unit. The whole machine has easy operating features of frequency converter, PLC controlling, data input by touching screen, auto-feeding, auto-folding, auto-counting.
Feeding Unit
² Belt lead-edge feeder with feature of accuracy and stabilization assisting by suction.
²The advanced electromagnetic clutch enables feeding units to be operated separately and easily.
²Height of pressing roller can be adjusted.
²Link-moving with folding unit and frequency converter controlling. Speed of feeding:80-100m/min
²The doctor board can be adjusted left and right
Gluing & folding units
²The frequency conversion motor has advantages of no-noise, flexible, stable
²The sheet are conveyed and folded by imported hard friction belt
² The glue applying by stainless steel wheel with feature of glue equality, saving and smoothly.
² The folding unit adopts sheet and scoring rectification device
Counting Unit
²Adopting PLC and touching screen machine has advantage of easy and accurate operating, inputting data without stop, auto-counting and accurate output.
²Rectify deviation. Windage becomes smaller
²Pneumatically pushing out and counting controlled by PLC with fast and accurate feature
²Outputting unit adopts pressing way: lower of conveying belt and upper pressing belt. The finished box has been cemented tightly and tidily.
