Features
A PUL(PU Laminating) Washable Underpad(Bed Pad & Chair Pad) is a piece of soft cloth that is quilted with a absorbent nonwoven underneath it and is laminated to a waterproof PU film, and then laminated to a non-slip backing again. The purpose of the product is to capture urine and absorb it into the nonwoven material so it does not ruin furniture. A PUL washable underpad is better for the environment than a PVC washable underpad, and it should have 4 layers at least: Surface, Soaker, Barrier and Backing. The normal materials for the 4 layers are as below:
Surface: TWILL, Poplin, Jersey, Terry, 100%cotton Flannel, 100% brushed poly Knit, 100%poly Microfibre, etc..
Soaker: Poly/Rayon blend nonwoven, 6 ounce, 8 ounce, 10 ounce, 12 ounce, etc..
Barrier: PU film, 0.02mm-0.05mm
Backing: 100%poly knit, non-slip
