We suggest at least 100 pcs per design for a reasonable price.
Turnaround time is about 1-3 business days for samples and 3-5 business days for production. For higher quantity, production may take longer. For expedite fee $20, we can typically produce in 4-5 business days.
Q:Can we have heat seal (iron-on) backing?
A:Yes, iron-on or heat adhesive embroidered patches can be applied to garments with a heat press or iron instead of sewing.
Q: Do you charge for samples?
A:No, when you order with us, we provide FREE custom samples of uncut, pre-production orders.. We want to make sure you are happy with the work before we start production.
