2. Feature
The most important part of the ozone generator is the discharge tube.
The electric parameter and mechanical strength are the main factors of the ozone production efficiency, reliability and flexibility.
BNP is a technology-oriented company with leading technology in R&D. The dehydroxylation quartz structure material (Patented by BNP) has ensured BNP to be the leading ozone system company in China.
Every discharge tube is tested with 3 times of the voltage in the factory. The breakdown voltage is 3 times higher than the highest operation voltage.

4-20mA signal control, automatic ozone concentration control. We are the only Chinese supplier who can meet the water treatment projects having such requirement.
No ozone alert. Ozone generator does not stop automatically, and alert stops when ozone detected. The function indicates whether the discharging units work normally, and no alert will be issued in the following occasions: a. nogas input; b. blocked or leaking gas pipeline
Water backflow alert. Shutdown the oxygen generator.
Over temperature alert and protection by shutdown. Alert stops and ozone generator resumes operation when temperature is lower than 50 Celsius degree
lOzone generator power supply unit converts normal voltage and frequency into specified ones which enables ozone generator to produce ozone in high efficiency.
lThe ozone generator output is stabilized or adjusted by controlling the dedicated power supply which controls the ozone concentration.
lThe power supply unit output is connected to the ozone generation chamber and high voltage electrode by specified power cable and high voltage connector.
lThe safety and reliability of the electric components are ensured by the components’ safe current and voltage.
lThe power supply unit output voltage is 4000V.
