Horizontal screw centrifugal oil residue separator is based on the dynamic principle that the solid phase and liquid phase in the mixture move in the screw drum with high speed: liquid phase moves to the lower part and solid phase moves to the higher part. It uses the variable diameter drum and the variable diameter helix as well as the velocity difference between them, and uses the high speed centrifugal separation factor of 5000 rpm to separate the particles. The solid phase is in a polar state. It separates rapidly from the high end along the changing diameter of the helical blade and the horizontal drum. Oil is discharged on one side and slag is discharged on the other.

Machine structure:

Troubleshooting:
1. The liquid phase is not clear.
2. If the amount of treatment is too large, the amount of feed should be reduced.
3. The time of hydration dephosphorization should be prolonged and the proportion of hydration should be adjusted.
4. If the liquid temperature is too low, the temperature of the separating liquid should be increased.

Machine vibration is large:
1. It is normal for the machine to have moderate vibration when it reaches a certain speed or falls to a certain speed.
2. Bearing damage should be identified or replaced.
3. If the screw propeller is worn out, the screw propeller and shaft should be repaired or replaced.
4. Loosening of vibration-absorbing foot;
5. Machine vibration should be excluded with the idea of "easy first, difficult later", if it can not be excluded, contact the manufacturer in time.
