The main structure of the inflow fine mesh plate type screen: main frame, filter plate, conveyor chain and chain wheel, equipment sealing element, flushing device and brush cleaning device,slag collecting hopper, screen shell, baffle, drive motor, etc.It is generally classified into screen, fine screen and  membrane screen from the filtration precision.

The inflow fine mesh plate type screen is made of all stainless steel material, and the whole machine is treated by pickling and passivation to ensure the normal service life of the main structure is not less than 20 years.

Working Principle

The inflow fine mesh plate type screen is installed in the sewage channel at a 90° angle, and the sewage to be treated flows in from the center of the screen, and the filtered sewage is discharged from both sides of the mesh plate.

The suspended organic slag such as fibrous materials, plastic sheets, leaves, hair, and domestic garbage is trapped on the inner wall of the filter plate and continuously accumulated and covered. When a certain clogging rate is reached, the set liquid level difference is formed in the front and back of the screen, and the driving motor will drive the conveyor chain wheel and chain to lift the plate that retains a large amount of slag to the top of the screen.

At the same time, flush pipe and cleaning brush start to work and clean the plate by pressured washing water. According to the particularity of the water quality,cleaning brush is often added to the fine screen to assist in cleaning the plate. The rinsed slag-water mixture falls into the slag collection hopper and is discharged to the slag presser for dewatering. The cleaned filter plate is circulated into the channel and continue to work.

Technical Parameters

Remarks: The specific selection needs to be designed and selected by the company's technical department according to the water quality, water volume and on-site installation conditions. When the length of the filter orifice is greater than 1500mm, it needs to be calculated separately.
