   A:You can send us samples of your product and we test it on machine, Or tell us the details of    what you want.

   Q5:How can I pay my order?

   A:Usually we accept T/T, L/C paying methods.

   Q6: How can you control the quality?

   A:The factory has a perfect ERP system, and each machine is strictly monitored from production    to sales. And we will give you 2 years guarantee.

   Q7:What about install?

   A. Our engineers will be sent according to your project. However, the customer will pay the          economic air tickets round trip and arrange the accommodation for them.

   Q8:What can you do if the machines meet problem?

   A. The picture or video to show the problem should be provided, then we will send you teaching video based on the small machines, if for the big problem for big machines ,engineers will be sent. Please check question 7 to make sure the fees. 

  Q9:How can you control the delivery?

  A. If the goods are not delivered on time, we will compensate you accordingly.
