The mobile high negative pressure smoke purifier is convenient to move and is very suitable for frequently changing the working conditions of welding sites.

operating principle :

Under the device's high negative pressure, the fume and dust through suction pipe into the purifier, with the Martian dust before enter the purifying cavity were blocked and separated by fire sand. The remaining dust flow is blocked and uniform distribution by flow plate inside the purifying cavity, in order to better purify by cartridge filter.

Larger particles of dust under the action of gravity sinking into the collection of ash hopper, while small particles of dust under the action of suction generated by the eddy current is suspended in internal to purify by cartridge filter.

Small particles of dust on the surface of the filter cartridge, after the effect of gathered adsorption and combined, sinking into the ash hopper. After purification, the air flow out, offer a healthy working environment for workers.
