We can make 9-colourprinted PET beverage cup of all sizes and models. In 2000, all the colored PET cups
used in Sydney Olympic Games were supplied by our company. Also, we are one of the suppliers for the 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing.
PET lid series:
We also have matching dome and flat lids, which are transparent and durable. In the middle of lid, a hole or x-slot can be made for the use of straw.

Production Progress
1. PET raw material.
2.Sheet extrusion: 6 lines for PET sheet extrusion. The machines turn the virgin resin grain into PET sheets of different thickness.
3.Cup forming:18 forming machines for various styles of clear cups from 0.75oz to 32oz. Dozens of cups could be produced at one time for each machine. 23 machines for different diameter lids from 45mm to 132mm.
4.Flange: To avoid any injury caused by cup edge, we flange the lip of cup to the right place with even and smooth appearance (upon requirements).
5.Quality control: First article inspection, each procedure inspection, warehousing check and confirmation before shipment is carried out for every order to control the product quality.
6. Printing: we have 6 printing machines, one machine can do up to 9 colors printing, and other machines can print up to 6 colors. Printed cups will be packed directly by machineafter printing.
7.Packaging: Clear cups packed as customer requires in right quantity and packing ways. And then put the packed goods on pallets.
8.Delivery: Goods are delivered from the factory mostly in containers by sea to customers.
Packaging & Shipping
Packaging: 50*20 for cups and 100*10 for lids in normal way,Special packaging (printed PE bag,OPP beveling bags,stick with barcode,inner carton,1PC cup pack,5PCS cups pack,10PCS cups pack,20PCS cups pack,25PCS cups pack and so on,special cartons) are all allowed.
Shipping: loaded by containers, 20FT,40GP,40HQ ,LCL also can be accepted. Depending on the items you choose. 1000 CTNS could be loaded in one 40ft container on average.
