Product Description
HYZ-80JT Rubber Injection Molding Machine uses C-frame structure with following virtues: Reasonable Layout, Great Clamping Force, High injection Speed, Equably Heating and Precise Feeding.
HYZ-J series machine features:
1,TPV/PTE sealing strips junctions molding machine.
2,C frame structure,complete open structure
3,No injection runner,all in all out injection system,top injecton or bottom injection is optional.
4,Injection accuracy is +-0.5%,CPK>=1.67.
5,Platens temperature tolerance within +-2 degree,PID temperature calibration,Germany imported insulation plates prevents heat loss efficiently.
6,No broken rubber in the feeding area.
7,Double working station is optional
8,Upper lifter,sliding,ejector,core pulling valves adopts for different molding requirements.
9,CE certificate option is available.
It widely used for mini type rubber products which produced by natural rubber, synthetic rubber and recycled rubber. Especially, it suitable for the production of sealing profiles junction and corner molding products.
