SSA5255TFC Chip Sealer
Main Parameter & Main Fitting
SSA5255TFC Chip Sealer can be used for paving underlying seal coat and surface seal coat, paving wearing course for new or old road surface, separately spraying asphalt and chippings. It can be used highway, bridge, also used country road.
Features:
- The main parts import many oversea. Burner (Italy RIALLO), Asphalt pump (Denmark ROTAN), Hydraulic system (German or USA), Control system (German Siemens), Hydraulic motor (Italy).
- All operations can be performed by one operator in Cab, through it the computer touch screen.
- It can spray various asphalt, hot asphalt, modify asphalt and emulsified asphalt
- Asphalt and Chippings application rate is controlled by computer, and is independent of the truck speed.
- An intelligent linkage between asphalt and chippings spreading systems.
- Advanced heating and circulating system, to ensure the asphalt pipelines and nozzles “not to be blocked” and “not need to be washed by diesel oil” (“to be washed by high pressure air”)
- Uniquely combined aggregate bin have two parts, one is immovable(4m3) and the other is uplifted(8m3), Advantage: Solve the small of the hopper; conquer the uplifted higher barycenter. Disadvantage: The hopper poor connectivity.
- Equipped with flexible hand spray system.
- To realize fully three-overlapping asphalt spraying at two sides.
- Opening and closing of the doors of aggregate bin are controlled by pneumatic control valve. Every door of aggregate bin and nozzle can be controlled separately.
- Spreading(spraying) width can be freely adjusted during working process.
- Equipped with Monitoring System, working specifications can be displayed on display screen at any time
