BU 211 Full Automatic E L Rope Opener Machine for Tubular Fabric Slitting

BU-211 Full Automatic Tubular Fabric Textile Finishing Machines Automatic Rope Opener is mainly applicable after rope dyeing. It is used to slit & open rope fabric and has been specially designed for continuous high speed operation in automatic mode. The machine material is SUS304 Stainless Steel(Wire drawing Board), which could be used for both raw and wet fabrics.

1. The material of this machine is SUS304 stainless steel(Wire drawing), which is strong, beautiful and has long service life. The untwisting effect reaches 100%.

2. The umbrella rack of the cloth cutting head adopts the pulley structure, which has flexible rotation and low tension, so as to solve the problem of unstable weight caused by excessive tension. The cutter head of this machine is imported from German E+L Company, which can automatically track the cutter wiring.

3. The eccentric alignment mechanism is selected, which has simple structure and stable performance.

4. The cloth tension can be adjusted arbitrarily by using single frequency conversion control.

5. The equipment can be used for both function-slitting or untwisting.
