Product Application
CS-355-H metal circular saw machine is a hydraulic semi-automatic heavy sawing machine .The machine independent hydraulic system ,feeding,clamping is driven by hydraulic pressure.Hydraulic pressure according to different materials processing precision adjustment,can greatly improve the cutting time of the single saw blade.Sawing except by hand according to the required length of feeding ,the rest of the workpiece clamping,sawing,cutting knife feed back,clamp release is controlled automatically.
This machine is a very ideal multipurpose heavy sawing machine .Its large cutting machine range ,can be cut under phi 110 tubes and the same standard rectangular tube ,for small and medium-sized pipe can be a sawing multi branch ,greatly improve the production efficiency. Cutting ability and can meet the various thickness of pipe on the market,such as less than or equal to 3mm stainless steel pipe ,seamless steel pipe and other than 7mm.Convenient operation,low noise,no dust,no burr,incision inside and outside and oblique various angle.
Bilateral clamp, workpiece is firmly clamped, the vibration is small, low noise, no pollution.
Angle cutting available, just rotate machine head to the required angle (with an angle scale).
Saw feeding and clamp all use hydraulic drive, stable and powerful. Except that material is manually feeding, the rest of work such as clamped, sawing, withdraw after sawing, release of the clamp is all automatically controlled.
