Not only we could manufacture all kinds of hydraulic cylinders according to the drawing from our customers,but also we could make a design according to customer's requirements.If you require our engineer to make a design,pls advise us the following specification:
1. Rated pressure 2. Working pressure 3. Test pressure 4. Working condition and environment ,for example ,temperature ,working frequency 5. Pulling force ,and return stroke force 6. Pulling and return speed 7. Assembly size 8. Seal ring requirements .For example , brand ,seal material etc . 9. Tube and piston rod raw material requirements 10. Q: How long will it take to produce an order?
A: It is within 30days for the purchasing and production time with container
order and some days for the sample.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Usually 1 ton for each size, please contact us when you are trying to
purchase less than container load.
Q: What form of quotation do you offer?
A: FOB Shanghai/(China), CIF and CNF Your destination.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: Payment is 30% deposit, 70% before shipment or 70% L/C at sight for the
container order 100% T/T in advance for LCL order or the sample order.
We accept US dollar,Euro,GBP.etc.
Q: Does the sample for free or not?
A: The samples are free if they are common sizes, You need to pay the freight
charge.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO 9001, and there
are as many as 6 times of test during the production of each product to
ensure the quality.We have our own test centers, every tubes will be tested
under our testing equipment before package.
Q: How do you to package the product?
A: Internal wrapped with plastic foil, external wrapped with polywoven bags,
we use steel belt to pack the outside, polywooden cases or wooden boxes
for thin wall thickness can be offered if required.
Q: How about the Third Party Inspection ?
A: We have been working with DNV,TUV,SGS,BV,CO,etc.
