Q3: What’s your sample policy?

A: If you contact us for sample request, you can have a sample to check the quality. And we can accept sample customized if needed. And then we will arrange send the samples to you after confirm your payment.

Q4: What’s your MOQ?

A: the dropshipping MOQ is 1 piece, if you need custom logo, the MOQ is 100 pcs, custom package MOQ 500pcs and custom pattern MOQ 300pcs.

Q5: What is the deliver time?

A: 1. RTS --within 12 hours,

2. bulk order --according to the quantities.

Q6: How's your quality control?

A: we always put quality as the first consideration because we believe that quality is the soul of an enterprise. All products are CE, ROHS, CPC, FCC, UKCA test report certification. And we will tested many times for each one before send out the products, so you don’t worry about it.

Q7: Can we visit your factory?

A: Sure, welcome visit our factory if you come to Shenzhen. If it is not convenient for you to come to Shenzhen, it does not matter. We have a live stream that can show you the whole factory.
