1. Question: Can I have samples before placing the order? How much does it charge? 
Answer: Yes, sample is very necessary for your reference of the quality. If you just want 1 or 2 pieces, samples are free, but the shipping charge is usd30. If you want many samples, we will check the sample fees and shipping charge cost separately.

2.Question: What’s the Moq? Can I mix designs and prints? 
Answer: It is wholesale here, 200pcs per item (okay to mix prints). If you want more items for your order, please discuss with your contact person. 

3. Question: Can I get discounts if I order more? 
Answer: Yes, better price for bigger order.

4. Question: Can I use my logo? How much does it charge? 
Answer: yes, usually usd30 for 2000pcs of woven labels. We could hold the rest for your future orders and no more extra charge.

5.Question: Can I get prep samples before mass production of shipping?
Answer: We normally take pictures for your reference. If you want physical sample, the shipping charge is usd30.

6. Question: Do I need to pay for the shipping cost? 
Answer: Yes, we usually provide ex-work price, our price is not including any shipping charge. We are providing shipping charges for your reference. And you may need to pay some taxes if your customs request. 

7. Question: How do you control the quality? 
Answer: Actually our team has more than 10 years experience of international business, we only choose professional factory to work with. Fox example, our diaper factory has 10 years experience of diaper sewing, almost of sewing workers with 5 years sewing experience. Factory quality checking department checks each product, and we also will check the quality randomly before shipping. 

8. Question: What’s the package usually? 
Answer: 1pc into a polybag, then 100-200pcs be packed into sealed bag to save space. If you do not want polybag for each diaper, please tell your contact person. 

9. Question: What’s the delivery time? 
Answer:  We could get an order ready within 3-5 days, then it may take 6-10 working days to deliver to your location by courier (if there is no delay of customs clearance). For orders need custom labels, please get in touch with your contact person.
