Install
First of all, check the throttle size direction of the fuel engine, put the electric throttle controller on the power supply, and set the throttle minimum position according to the setting. Fix the push rod to the support (because of the large tension, the support should be strengthened firmly, do not loosen and bend), and then fix the throttle pull rod and push rod with wire rope. At this time, it should be noted that the position of the throttle pull rod fixing wire rope will directly affect the stroke of the push rod, and the maximum stroke of the push rod will be 10cm.
Operational Principle
When the electronic operator moves forward (into the standby state) and the forward clutch is turned on, the throttle is still in the waiting state (low speed), the refueling door to a certain point, the main engine will increase or decrease as the operator instructs to work; when the throttle is reduced back to the neutral position, the car slows down to the waiting state, and then the forward clutch is disconnected. When the electronic operator is in the back gear, the backward clutch is turned on, and the same principle continues to work as when moving forward.
