1) If you don’t like our chair / table color, you can choose in our color sample, Or you can send us your color, we can make it in your color. But in general, customers don’t change the color.
2) Customization(OEM)for table is accepted ---- Our factory have the Qualified Designer Team.They can design according to your drawings or pictures, and produce the sample for your checking before order.Please kindly contact our sales staff for quotation.
3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.
4) For checking the table quality ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have above 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also send QC to checking goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference.We will not loading container till you agree to loading.

A: We are factory with excellet sales team,management team and experience staff.
Q2. What payment terms you usually do?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment by TT/Western Union/Paypal or LC. Trade assurance is available too.
Q3. Can i order samples? Are they free of charge?
A:Yes, we do sample orders, sample fees are needed, but we will treat the sample fees as deposit, or refund it to you in bulk order.
Q4. What’s the MOQ and delivery time?
A: The moq of our products is 1 pcs for first order and 100pcs for next order, the delivery time is 15-20days after deposit. Some of them are in stock please contact us before place an order.
