Q1.Can we get some samples? Any charges? A: Yes, of course. Free for real samples, but the freight costs.
Q2. What format design file you want for printing? A:AI; PDF; and with 3mm bleeding, at least 300DPI.
Q3. What about the sample lead time? A: It depends on the products. Normally 1 to 7 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance. Shipping is about 4-7 work days.
