1.Bearing assembly:install two sets of taper bearing on shaft in the bearing box,then install bearing plate on each side of bearing box after adjusting bearing gap properly,which forms bearing assembly.there are bearing oil injection holes on top side,there is a adjustment block at the bottom of bearing box for make it connect tightly with support frame by adjusting the bolts,lock it tightly when the gap between the back of impeller and back protecting plate is proper.


2.Labyrinth set:installed between shaft and bearing plate,one set on each side of bearing assembly,rotate with pump shaft in same speed and direction,two pcs labyrinth rings installed in it,which is grease lubrication seal assembly.

3.Locking nut:installed at the end of the bearing assembly for compressing labyrinth rings.


4.Adjusting bolts:lock tightly the adjustment block bolts at the bottom of bearing box after adjusting impeller gap properly

5.Fourl locking bolts:installed on the top of support frame,lock tightly by tighten nuts with washer after adjusting bearing assembly properly.


6.Grease hole 1:installed on bearing plate for oil injection between labyrinth set and rings.

7.Grease hole 2:installed on each side of bearing assembly for bearing oil injection

8.Shaft seal box:a set of mechanical seal is installed in it.

9.Front cover :connected with front protecting plate by four bolts,there are 18 bolts on it for adjust the gap between front cover and impeller,then lock it tightly.
