In order to process the palm kernel, and get the crude palm kernel oil, we can firstly, separate the fibre with the nut, and then crack the palm nut, after crushing the palm nut, due to the shell and kernel weight is very close; To separate it is a very complicated process; We adopt professional palm kernel craker, crushing rate is above 90%; Then use air separator system, through adjusting the transducer to control high pressure air speed and volume; When the speed and air volume arrive the critical value, which can separate the shell and kernel; Kernel in shell rate is less than 5%; shell in kernel rate is less than 5%.
